Good uses for AI

AI is useful when it helps a person find relevant property information, explains why an item may need attention and prepares a next step for review.

  • Summarising attributable records
  • Explaining changes between evidence versions
  • Finding properties with explicit evidence gaps
  • Preparing a review note or draft action
  • Changing the portfolio view in response to a question

The evidence must remain visible

An answer is more useful when the user can open the property, source and version behind it. Unsupported certainty is especially risky in legal, compliance, valuation and planning contexts.

Keep human approval

Consequential communication, instruction, dispatch, publication or record changes should remain subject to the organisation's authority and review controls. AI assistance is not professional certification or autonomous authority.
